Ripe California figs jammed at the height of their season with fresh ginger.We use it in salad dressings in lieu of honey and it's lovely paired with Manchego cheese and jamon.

Our jams are made in small batches with the finest ingredients. Store them in a cool place for up to a year. Refrigerate once opened and enjoy within 6 weeks.
