Featured in many of the dishes at Winslow's, the very versatile bacon jam can be used simply on toast with a slice of ripe tomato, mixed into olive oil for a tasty salad vinaigrette or turned into some warm cream for a hearty pasta...of course not overlooking a dollop on your cheeseburger or morning eggs!  

Our jams are made in small batches with the finest ingredients. Store them in a cool place for up to a year. Refrigerate once opened and enjoy within 6 weeks.
